Om Bachu - Managing Partner

Om Bachu is a luminary in the tech world, boasting over 25 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Solutions and Business Transformation. As an Executive Consultant for industry giants like IBM and Google, Om has been instrumental in shaping cutting-edge products such as IBM's CloudPaks and RedHat Openshift. His accolades include multiple '100 Percent Club - Sales' awards from IBM, affirming his unparalleled aptitude in marrying technology with business.


Om isn't just a practitioner; he's a thought leader and educator. With a dual Master’s degree—one in Computer Engineering from CEDT of India and another in Statistics from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University—Om's expertise is both deep and broad. Sid Bhatia - Head of Integration Practice
Sid Bhatia leads the Integration practice for Guild Systems and has a wealth of knowledge from over 25 years in the technology industry growing existing software products and launching new products into the market while building high-performing teams. Sid has worked at IBM, Meta/Facebook, Charles Schwab & Accenture across financial services, consumer healthcare, defense and social media/internet industry sectors.

At Meta/Facebook, Sid led a product team for building a platform for business customers worldwide. While at IBM for over 13 years, he was the Program Director leading the worldwide product management organization for IBM's Integration products including IBM API Connect, DataPower Gateway, App Connect and MQ. Prior to joining IBM, he was the Managing Director of Enterprise Architecture for 11 years at Charles Schwab, where Sid led key enterprise transformation initiatives for integration & security, including rolling out an enterprise service bus platform, edge gateway, identity & access management & service registry. He also helped transform the Schwab technology organization towards a service-oriented mindset & scalable architecture by creating an Integration Center of Excellence to transform how applications/services were designed, implemented & governed to help drive business value.

Sid has a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas & an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California. 
Debasish Banerjee - Head of FinOps & IT Automation
Debasish is a seasoned thought leader, hands-on architect, and practitioner of cutting-edge technologies. His IT career spans over 3 decades, covering the entire landscape from product development to services, technical sales and customer success. Debasish has a proven track record spanning more than a decade of advising and closely working with Fortune 500 and other customers in the USA, Europe and Asia. Debasish's work has resulted in the establishment of several advanced IBM technologies in the field  and the generation of significant business revenues of several hundred million USD for IBM. 

Debasish architected and led the collaborative development effort with IBM Research for Mono2Micro, IBM’s first AI-based utility for automatically transforming JEE monoliths to microservices. Debasish worked with product development and IBM Research to enhance and enrich IBM's Observability & Automatic Application Resource Management (AARM) platforms. Debasish's present areas of interest are Superior Observability to reduce MTTR, AARM, FinOps, and the use of AI to enhance these technologies. 

Debasish has patents and publications in prestigious academic journals and conferences, as well as industry publications and conferences. He has received many awards from IBM, including the prestigious ‘IBM Research Accomplishment,’ ‘Corporate Technical Recognition,’ and several 'Outstanding Technical Achievement' awards. Debasish did his Ph.D. in combinator-based Functional Programming.

Debasish is the father of Cheenar and Neehar, his software engineer daughters, who are his pride and joy. 
Eric Dykes - Head of Data & Business Automation
Eric Dykes leads the Data & Business Automation pillar with over 20 years of working on the IBM space.  Eric is a seasoned data expert helping organizations harness the full power of their data assets. He has successfully led numerous data initiatives across a range of industries, consistently delivering solutions that improve data accuracy, accessibility, and strategic utilization.  His passion lies in transforming raw data into valuable business insights that drive tangible results, from increased efficiency and reduced costs to better customer experiences and new revenue opportunities.

Eric's expertise encompasses the full data lifecycle. He is adept at assessing data landscapes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize data management practices. He excels at implementing robust solutions to address data challenges, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and accessibility. Through in-depth data analysis and profiling, Eric uncovers hidden patterns and insights, empowering organizations to make data-driven decisions.  Furthermore, he has a proven track record of establishing and enforcing data governance frameworks that promote data security, compliance, and ethical use.

Eric combines these skills with a collaborative, customer-centric approach. He believes in working closely with stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and objectives, ensuring that data solutions are tailored to their specific needs and deliver measurable value.  Whether it's optimizing data architecture, implementing data integration strategies, or establishing robust data governance frameworks, Eric is committed to helping organizations maximize the value of their data and achieve their business goals. Eric has an undergraduate in engineering and an MBA from Villanova University.
Selim Antoun - Head of Sales

Selim Antoun is the dynamic sales leader at Guild Systems, bringing with him over two decades of expertise in managing and selling IBM Software Solutions. With an impressive career at IBM, Selim has held several pivotal management positions, including Delivery Manager and Business Partner Manager. He has successfully sold and delivered software services to some of IBM’s largest and most prestigious clients. Before that, Selim specialized in supporting middleware products for NCR, AT&T and BEA Systems.


In his most recent role, Selim served as the Associate Director for the IBM Alliance at Ernst & Young (EY). His extensive experience and strategic acumen make him an invaluable asset to sales teams that are partnering with Guild Systems, consistently leading with vision and innovation.


Selim has a Master of Science in Computer Science and holds several software patents.
